Abram is approached by the king of Sedom upon his return from the battle. At this point, there is no telling what is on the mind of this king. More importantly, the Malki-żedeq/Melchisedec king of Salem also greets Abram, and he does not come empty-handed. This person seems to be a man of mystery as doctrinal debates discuss who this person can be. Some would say he is Shem the son of Noah, others would say it is an incarnation theophany of Yeshua (Jesus). The approach of part ‘A’, in this study, is to bring an understanding of the role of the priest and those who have acted in this office on behalf of the people.
