Shalom and welcome to Team D Bible Study! In this week’s bible study, we discovered a time difference between the Septuagint and the Masoretic Text, which most current bibles of the OT is translated from, as it relates to the generations of The Man (Adam) through his son Shet (Seth) in chapter five. It is essential that we account for these time differences as one text outdates the other. Also, as it relates to chapter four, some doctrines were discussed regarding the Serpent’s seed, twin births, murder and the generations of Qayin (Cain) after wandering to Nod.
